Molly Huyck

Molly is the founder of Aequitas Invest and SET The Bar, bringing over 30 years of experience in technology, operations, and entrepreneurship. She co-founded and successfully exited a web development and IT services startup and holds a master’s in technology from Creighton University. Molly has led teams in technology, operations, and talent acquisition, demonstrating grit and agility in achieving goals. Passionate about women’s sports, she is dedicated to fostering inclusive spaces for fans and has served on the board of Completely Kids for six years.
