Beth Ostdiek Smith

Beth is the founder of Saving Grace Perishable Food Rescue, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She spent more than 20 years managing four travel offices before channeling her entrepreneurial spirit into building two grassroots nonprofits that serve the community. Known for her strong communication skills, Beth excels at fostering relationships with management, staff, and community leaders.
