We have created several ways for you to get involved in MARC. We have free events each month but have also built memberships for those who are ready to invest their time and energy to growing themselves and their business.

Get To Know Us

Coffee Talk - Each month we host three Coffee Talks. These are 90 minute round table conversations where you can come have real (no small talk here) talk with like minded people.
Support our NonProfits - Each month MARC members support local nonprofit organizations through fundraising events and volunteer opportunities.

Level 1 Membership - $100/month

Quarterly Development/Training - Professional Development/Training: Training around our ”MARC” quarterly topics that will be real talk and allow 30 minutes at the end to have business discussions around the topic in breakout groups.
Quarterly Panel/Break Outs - Bringing in experts in the areas our members want to learn more about. You will have the opportunity to ask questions ahead of time so we have a clear direction of best use of time during the actual discussion with time at the end for further discussion and breakout groups.
Quarterly Social Events - Unique opportunities to get to know all MARC members while supporting local businesses throughout town.
Inclusive, Private MARC Community Forum - Private forum for MARC Members to collaborate, post questions, promote events, get feedback, referrals for hiring, etc...
Attend Pep Rallies - Each month, one MARC Level 2 business will host a pep rally for other MARC members to support.

Level 2 Membership - $250/month

All of level 1 benefits, plus:
Mastermind Group - We will be offering mastermind groups for: start ups, small businesses, nonprofits, female entrepreneurs, restaurant/cottage bakers and executive leaders. Small groups of 10 - 12 people. Meets monthly for 2 hours.
Two Mastermind Only Mixers - Meet all mastermind groups in a more intimate environment with curated conversation.
Host a Pep Rally - Each month, up to 3 businesses can sign up for support. This includes online support, in person events and happenings. Only 1 in person event will be held each month. Pep rallies are here to help you with what you really need - brand awareness, google or social media reviews, feedback, etc.
Mid-Month Virtual Accountability Calls - Join us online once per month where we will break out into smaller groups to hold each other accountable towards goals. This is a great way for other mastermind groups to get to know each other.
Open Office Hours - Twice per month Leslie, Kristi and rotating board members and partners will be available for MARC members to discuss any needs they may have. Other members are welcome to come “work” together during these times.

A La Carte

Monthly Board Room Meetings - MARC members can hold a “board meeting” with up to 4 people from our hand-picked board room for guidance, strategy, feedback and support The first meeting is 90 minutes and any additional meetings can be blocked in 60 minute segments.
Training or Panel Events - Not ready to commit to a level 1 or 2 membership, you can register for any training or panel event individually.
